I can't see him mentioned as an independent director on the Solagran web site. Nor, as I understand things, would his position with Solagran allow him to count as an independent director under ASX guidelines.

Let's see some pharmaceutical expert appointed as an independent director. It would do Solagran a lot of good to be seen to be complying with ASX guidelines.

And don't tell me that the board is too busy to comply. They have bothered to get themselves a Scientific Advisory Board - Russians only need apply.
