well that is true mate but really where do we know it all flows to?
so we/i suppose we go back to inflation/deflation, with inflation meaning a rise in goods and services and deflation meaning a reduction in goods and services
i suppose it would take more than a lifetime for one or even a few of us to follow a money trail on profits and losses
