as someone who is keen on MON, and therefore presumably has done a good deal for research on it, I would appreciate any perspectives you have on the following:

MK said in the ASX release of 1 May that the remaining shortfall of 10 million of the rights issue shares 'will be placed by the Board in the next 3 months'. Unless we have a substantial increase in the MON share price, do you have any ideas how MON are going place shares at an premium of 50-60% to the market price?

What conditions or security are the banks going to ask for the $11 million bank-funded Mt Magnet environmental bond?
