I have been a contributor to this forum for several years now and can quite succinctly say that if anyone missed out on the run of OXR from mid 20's to 60 cents it was their own fault as there was plenty of posting here at HC re the positive potential of the stock.

You comment above is politely speaking frogpoo as there were not too many people at HC saying it was going to be a failure. In fact it was the reverse.

It is also quite common for SE Asian countries to have exceptional tax holidays and incentives as you state. Thailands 8 year tax holiday is one of the best around as KCN will support with a smile. But this does nothing to alleviate the mentioned risks of firstly getting a project up and going, and secondly keeping it running when politicians or indigenous folk get restless.
