They would have been containers on ships. SH would not necessarily have been shown any photos. I think we all took this on as fact at the time - not so much when we received no further updates and the $1mil did not materialise. Also, surely the shipment would have been insured against transit damage. One question has always bothered me - why transport it by a slow method. Sample products should have been flown out if the $1mil was to be paid on it's receipt.

Whole thing ends up being rubbery - but , no one can do anything about it now - except get a token amount of compensation. I loathe VC but would prefer to expunge them from our collective memories in the future.

Again, it does get down to MXC improving its engagement with SH. Even if they were trying to extract as much as the could by giving VC more time, it was a material deal at the time and SH should have been better informed by MXC.
