Whole thing ends up being rubbery - but , no one can do anything about it now - except get a token amount of compensation. I loathe VC but would prefer to expunge them from our collective memories in the future.

Again, it does get down to MXC improving its engagement with SH. Even if they were trying to extract as much as the could by giving VC more time, it was a material deal at the time and SH should have been better informed by MXC.

Is history being repeated by management. It appears they have not learnt well from the VC fiasco and the SH are once again being treated very poorly
