Not sure what you are getting at mate. New overlords? partners? Who are they?
Cannaglobal deal is a sale of a a division - there is not partnership deal.
As for the SP being where it is - nothing to do with the deal in reality - there are other issues (not substantiated) that were more of a cause.
Any chance you could clarify the point you are trying to make?
