The bank has some responsibility as well .You always hope that the bank will give you good support and explain why you can't borrow more. Often that is not the case the banks are greedy and often OD their clients some times it gets so out control that banks need support
from their governments great example how about 2009 banks in Iceland ,Greece,Spain,Portugal ,Italia , holland went bust or got
support of the governments. ( but in the end the Tax payer paid the bill )

Banks are often the creators of financial chaos another great example the tremendous oversupply of ships .Banks financed all those ships
out of greed totally loss for banks more than 150 billion US $.

But you don"t have to share this view but in my opinion banks are greedy and guilty too .
