You can argue if the the SP will go down further or not ( very likely yes!), but it is stupid for the banks to call the loan now.
If they do they will get nothing back, as the whole RFG empire will collapse and not one will run those DK or coffee shops.
The most likely outcome will be a re-negotiation of the loan term with RFG to ensure the bad boys behave.
