I should know better? do you really think FAS had a chance of obtaining the 20% required? I'm fascinated by FAS because of the incredible deal they announced which surprise surprise.. fell over.

and low and behold I find the same deal here, albeit a much larger one..

so Alliance had $260million + $650million in credit all to help little FAS out BUT they couldn't hand over the other $50million to FAS to get the deal done? why not? pass the pub test you think?
