    anyone within 30k radius is ordered to shut the windows and doors and stay indoors.

    This is my guide to entry into PEN.

    If this zone is reduced then its through inside knowledge from the plant builders. Remember its creeped from 3k to now 30kms
    if this increases then forget it. Primitive I know..
