Here’s my call: for years MSB has been saying that they are in negotiations with big pharma/joint ventures. Years!
I think those negotiations have never been brought to fruit and based on FDA approval.
Now there is FDA approval. Time to tighten up and strong arm those low risk based commitments.
If FDA approval has been given (as expected) then MSB’s bargaining power has been made enormous.
All IMO. But I reckon I’m right. FDA approval and the first of big up front payment JV is my guess.
No way are they not giving approval to save the kids of this horrible disease. No way.
