im starting to think there is a delay. The deadline was Sep 30 a if there was something it should have simply been released last night with a halt placed on MESO and then a halt placed this morning for a few hours whilst people here wake up to read the FDA release and ANN.

I just don’t think it sounds reasonable to assume there is some desk clerk at the FDA sitting there waiting on Australian time zones when working hours have passed.

I agree. I think Silvio had the decision hours ago, ie 9.38am US time.
But he had to wait to run it past ASX this morning and we are now waiting on that process to finish.
