Well, firstly I don't think that a 5 year chart is a good start. The company has changed completely and the chart won't reflect the new circumstances. I do agree with you regarding the pretty stable share price. There is a lot of anticipation in this stock and people are more or less waiting to see if they can come up with good deals or not (At least I do). I am much more bullish on MUL for the next 3-4 months than your prediction of 20cents. It all depends on the deals they can make but after the half yearly report is over, things should improve big time from here. This is why the share price didn't go down after the report. People expected it to be that way. However, there will be no excuse for the next period. My prediction is that MUL will be in the 35cent range by July. Why? Because they will announce some major deals until then, each driving it up further. Currently nothing happens as investors want to see done deals first. Once this happens the stock will move up quicker than most people can click the BUY button... ;-)
MUL has always been a high risk investment but this is slowly changing towards a type of investment that's too good to miss. The big number of shares will be addressed soon, especially when they plan to proceed with the NASDAQ listing which I regard as highly unlikely to happen this year. First we will see the OTC listing and that's where it's going to stay for a while. Durring that time the number of shares will be reduced to a more sustainable level. Assuming that the price will rise to 35cents by July, a 2:1 reverse split would be enough if more successful deals will follow. They have to get above US$1 to be considered for NASDAQ (as far as I know) and that price has to be sustainable. Obviously management is confident that they can do that so all I need to do is wait and see. 35 cents by July, >$1 after a 2:1 split and more good news by the end of the year. If they can can show a steady rise in income and profit, the price could be much higher much quicker but I think it won't be that easy.
That's my bet... I'm sure everybody agrees :-)))
Happy trading
