    I find it very hard to agree.

    For every war or polics action the USA entered into they created a pretext.. the only exemption being Japan after Pearl Harbour, and even here are some unexplained neglects documented on the side of the USA, but that one I give to the USA as a legal response.

    For the rest of it, history will have the last word.
