my personal views (be it right or wrong)
the derby block & shale gas was what attracted my interest in OBL. I reckon OBL is in better shape now (when share price is 1.2c) than pre backreef first drill (when share price was from recollection around 7.3c)
in between those two points in time we've seen OBL share price rally to around 10c (showing it has great potential).
a RE RATING overdue, but obviously will need some news & outcomes to invoke that re rate
