swarmdiver is owned by uuv... swarmdiver has been around for a limited time. swarmdiver tech is publicly owned by aquabotix and in collaboration with man tech and Thales, and hence patents are not necessary (patent only necessary to prove in court who came up with tech) tech is already developed and doesn't need a team of engineers . UUV has had 4 seperate US navy divisions trial product in last year. 2020 funding will be handed down by congress to the navy and divided up accordingly. from jan 2020 navy divisions will have budget to spend money accordingly.

there is no competition at the moment for swarmdiver. name another product... exact company and product that competes with swarmdiver. but yes they have limited funds, this is your only valid point
