Have you ever heard of Swarmdiver before UUV?
It's fair to assume that UUV owns the intellectual property around Swarmdiver. How they got there doesn't really matter (as long as it wasn't via any illegitimate means). The fact is, they have a fully functioning product in the market right now.
Who owns Swarmdiver?
UUV owns Swarmdiver.
Patents are just a legal technicality, (and in my opinion a bit of a scam thought up by lawyers hundreds of years ago). Don't get me wrong, patents have their place. But sometimes know-how is more powerful than a patent.
UUV has IP, know-how, and they're showing their product to the right people.
Time will tell.
