but the company has nothing good and material to say, so despite being a company with only a handful of employees and nothing going on they will probably put off filing the quarterly until the end of January and it will pretend the future of the company is bright but in reality they have no major sales and be right around the corner from a capital raise.

to put things in perspective, this company needs a $1m sale ($600k margin) just to keep the lights on for a month. even if they get a sale like that it's going to take at least half a year to deliver and get paid. my guess is the company goes under and soon but even if it succeeds, it is multiple cap raises away.
