UUV has had 4 seperate US navy divisions trial product in last year. 2020 funding will be handed down by congress to the navy and divided up accordingly. from jan 2020 navy divisions will have budget to spend money accordingly.

there is no competition at the moment for swarmdiver. name another product... exact company and product that competes with swarmdiver. but yes they have limited funds, this is your only valid point
