Worked okay for me - Bill was very straight about each of the three projects. Particularly with the arrangements and legality of the existing agreements. (ie, little and no opinion apart from what he saw as objective facts)

Bill did stressed how Kinsevere was drilled for 12 months before the final terms were decided. So obviously the reseource was reasonably understood with well north of 300000 t cu defined at that point... and this is when the project was finalised. Although Bill didn't mention it, I do remember that they paid a princely some to increase the equity in this project after the initial deal - I wonder if this figure is the basis for the request for teh 150m bonus payment?

We have a very good case by accounts - it's just down to how the DRC govt will play it. It sounds like the whole process was completely unrealiable (as if we didn't expect this after the leaks and especially the last couple of days). The remainder of the process looks like it might be just as shoddy too.

Might take some time to play out and the market probably wont like that too much - despite AVM's case sounding very good.
