Let me re educate you, as a geenral rule property values over say a ten year period have always gone up.
Prices may come down in between but the general trend is up.
Does that surprise you?
Not too different that the stock market it may have its corrections but the market trend is up.
You are entitled to your opinions re ANZ but making unsubstantiated claims in a public forum is childdish and stupid .
Do you fit into those two categories?.
