ACCC and perhaps ASIC may get around to it in a few years...based on their performance to date

Would prefer to move on ANZ before then...despite the legal costs...sometimes one just has to bite the bullet and do the job for others...especially when you have a strong case

If ACCC and ASIC decide to follow up later, all the better. Any shortfall potentially received through the courts or spent on legals could possibly be recovered post ACCC and/or ASIC action if successful.
