Even though ANZ seems to want a commercial settlement...IMO its looking very unlikely now...too many vested interests...and the window appears to be closing.
So let the court make the ruling...time to accept that this will be a long slog...and start making a move to get with one of the legal groups rather than waiting for the creditors meeting...IMO.
