ANZ's defense after lending ,at the height , over $1,000,000,000
Thats right "your honour" one billion dollars
The defense alleges it didnt read any of their clients ,literature , web site or other such documents
Further, "your honour" , ANZ allege they didnt read anything for a period of some 4(Four)years
civil cases work on the balance of probabilities not beyond reasonable doubt as criminal cases
It is simply incomprehensible that any one could believe the defense proposition
for opes affected members 2, page-91
