I understand from press reports that the shares were eventually transferred to tricom offmarket overnight post receiver apppointment

the administrator should look at having this reversed...we are talking $70m of stock...some of it arrow energy which has doubled in price since then...so this line of securities would be worth circa $100m now

this should legally be in the creditors pool, not with tricom

and what is ASX doing about it...nothing as usual...ASIC muddling along
