OK, as i was saying before moderated:
ANZ is up to their necks in this Opes mire.
ATO has a dedicated team on Opes and ANZ involvement. The parties may have all breached the Tax Act, through non compliance with the 11mth 20day rule in the amslas.
ASIC have five (5) teams on Opes and ANZ debacle. ANZ may have breached the Corporations Act through non lodgement.
And we are still awaiting the Crawford Report..or maybe its finished and in a concrete coffin at the bottom of the Yarra?
