I am for the merger, I guess. I think it adds extra stories to the companys... But I think that the merger should have been atleast 5 to 1, instead of 2.5 to 1. At the time GNL was 2.5, ELL was about 13c. I think this is why the stock has been hammered. I was in at 17c... I think I am dreaming to see my money back anytime soon. I will continue to hold though. My Broker from Wilsons recommended it to me, his recommendation was 30c+ in the next 12 months, we shall see. He also told me about the CQT takeover of ELL. I am not sure why it didn't happen, may happen in the future.... But I think its a very cheap buy at these prices...
