sab77 good points. The combined company if it goes through i think needs a 10 for 1 consolidation of shares to reduce it from 1.5B back to 150 million shares on issue lest it ends up like VPE and sinks like a stone.

personally i think all the big shareholders in ELL might vote for it dont hold any myself. The combo of companies will have greater clout in terms of ordering drill rigs and also issuing new shares for capital and even a takeover of another company using script again id be supportive of as a smaller shareholder.

Guess we just wait and see now
