Half of the DSO shipped by KML is the from the stripping of the open pit mine and at 55%Fe, which is pretty much scrap.

GBG have said themselves that they will not release cash flow data for the joint venture (KML) until the June Qtr when commercial production starts

And one can only assume that the absence of cash flow data to date means they are running at a cash loss

All of this will change once 62-64%Fe magnetite @ 8mtpa replaces the DSO shipments.

And only then will it be commercial production, which should be announced in a couple of weeks time.
