In todays market fundamentals are showing little influence. So many good companies trading at low PE's and paying huge yields yet their SP is still dropping. In uncertain & volatile markets (now) fear & greed take over logic.
On FDL, clearly good news = increase in SP however it's hype and greed/fear driving up the SP due to the FMG effect.
For us who looked at FMG at $2 (or less) and said no, FDL is a second chance at great riches and punters don't want to miss this boat.
As long as the hype is around so will be the buyers.
