See my big bullish picture includes your target it we had a low in december 08. But i think market regulators will now prevent anything past october (holding my breath) , so a higher low around october 18, would also favour that.
In the end, i guess all we need to do is homework on stocks prior to the turns and then mimise the risk, the runs or falls away from entries are managed by trailing stocks. Have a look at CBA, QBE since march lows, for me amazing stuff to think how there march lows held so well.
