but has fear been put to rest or has the governement just temporarily shuffled the fear over from the shareholders to the shorters with the new rules ?? Is this a panic cover not unlike the panic sell off in the days prior ?? What happens when all shorts are covered ?? Has banning short selling changed the underlying economic conditions ?? can we expect the market to settle back to its true intrinsic value when the shorter stampede ends ??
