Shorters remind me of a ball going down stairs...
step decline with a litlle bounce on each step...once the bottom is hit it seems to have one long bounce then just rolls away....
The shorters would keep pushing as low as they can get. They will cause the downward momentum to be rapid and push it down hard. At the bottom they will take the cream and all that will be left in remnant pickings.
What did the market used to do without short selling?
Heaven forbid we permit natural market forces of buying and selling to apply. Then again maybe this bloke is right... http://www.theoildrum.com/node/4549
