The nearest property to Melbourne where you can be next to water with views and don't need to worry about sea level rises is Black Rock(if you can afford it) Olivers Hill in Frankston or Mount Martha(with the Mt Martha Freeway project completing in 2013 which should make it a very attractive place to live and work - as it will only be a short 15 min drive to the Carrum industrial area) - why would you need to go all the way to Albury ?
