Thank you for the support UT....we used to have a great forum going on here, with some great posters , feeding into the research and experiences with other property people...
it could be that way again.... I have been spending half my time in the city and the other half week by week in the country....unless you are out there, on the street, taking note of what is going on...then you would have no idea, god help you, if you only relied on the media for your knowledge of this market...
its almost a frenzy, but in a subdued manner....methodical, earnest interest in property....and some good turnovers, and lots of activity,...in both markets... I believe some things were put on hold, waiting the outcome from the election.....now its all fires burning...... it reminds me of 2005-2006....buildings being torn down ready for new developments....other developments nearing completion, and no shortage of people at auctions... cheers
