    The short term response will be very interesting to watch when the shares come back to market on Tues.

    (per News.com) the directors are meeting on Mon to consider response.

    Agree with edwardsh re the long term value of the VRLPA being greater than the proposed $1.25, the keyt question is how this value (which is also largely mispriced in the case of the film libary) can be accessed.
