    good afternoon ralphi. up to a few minutes ago i was still of the opinion that the prefs may drop initially howver i've just read an article in the herald sun who mention the possibility that a takeover offer may be made, as the prefs automatically convert to ords upon a takeover, reducing the kirbys control .... will be interesting . good luck !
