    I am also comming around to this view, there has to be a logical follow-up by the primary blocking party without this they have a made $70M investment that will hurt themselves.

    Running the numbers quickly for $1.1B you get to deduct the AEO holding, and theme parks and get left with entertainment assets and film libary at a lot lower multiple than comparable US market stocks.

    I hope it panns out well for us both, I am still mostly in the VRLPA's but also have some VRL...
