    A truly crap offer, but any new player must be aware of the political situation and Codelco's influence.
    A new bidder, if successful, will face more "Roadblocks" to progress than were on all episodes of " Race across the World".
    So welcome to have my opinion totally trashed buy a much higher binding offer.
