Essentially, he is saying to the Chinese, if you want JHEP (the crown jewel of the Mid-West) you have to pay a fair price (not excessive but fair).
If you screw us, the outcome is unpredictable.
Who knows, perhaps Mitsubishi could frustrate the Chinese by paying MMX $2 a share in their own "cotrolled transaction". This is the UBS valuation if the ore can get to capsizes.
