A great way for Sino to average down on paying too much for Weld Range. MMX have been looking for buyers for while. I would not be suprised if this whole thing has been orchestrated amoungst themselves. Lots of face saving all around. Who knows what goes on and gets said in the backrooms of hotels? There is a real stink of corporate fandangling on all sides going on.
