Theres no doubt that MMX is up for sale and will be sold by the end of the year.

The biggest question is what will the sale price be. Yes they are in a horrible position and have already come to the bartering table with their pants down and are fully exposed so to speak. But that said, surely they will be able to get a better price and theres no doubt that Sino would love to own in infrastructure and our resource.

Although this is my worst stock in my portfolio for the year. I bought in under $1 when management assured us that their was barely in cost blowouts and look what happened. Therefore I am worried because they really screwed us before and can they be trusted again.

My hope is that the value of the asset will out weight all of managements incompetencies and it could fetch a decent sale price. I will be buying a small parcel to bring my cost down in the hope we could get a decent offer soon.
