If the sale of assets exceed the creditors outstanding claims for money owed and the VA which will have become by that stage the receivers are paid their fees, should there be any funds left over we would see them, a quick calculation, back of the hand type of stuff is after all is said and done it would lead me to believe it to be $0.

Noted next court date is 10/10/2016 (if they turn up) I wonder what is to be presented?
My best guess, VA is moving to 2nd creditors meeting but I do hope, probably beyond all hope though it's something of a better outcome for us!
