I wasnt really thinking ahead to the value AFTER the selloff - more what will happen in the run up to the float. (I'm not cynical - much!)
You are probably right re the actual fundamental value. A commentator on TV last night was saying much the same thing - ie that TLS is still overvalued at current price. He also pointed out that it is very expensive when compared to other Telcos around the world.
I guess the point remains that the Government have clearly stated that they will not sell the T3 till the price has improved. I am sure that there are ways that they can increase the share price - otherwise there would be no real point in putting up the T3 legislation in the first place.
