Firstly, this is a freehold sale, not the leasehold (which is the bit Broo had as a tenant). This reads like they are selling the brewing gear, which I can only assume means they've probably surrendered it in lieu of unpaid rent.
The update (one-month extension) is due this week on the Ballarat land sale, so that will ultimately be defining for survival. No sale = no chance.
