    Mildura Brewery was on the market for 3 years before Broo did a deal. The company who bought the building paid $3.0 mil and Broo bought the equipment for $1.0 mil.
    Broo have run the a once thriving business into the ground so I cannot see the anticipated $7.0mil they want for it.....
