Pure speculation!
Clarius was travelling so well only about a year ago, on the back of several years of growth!
It is difficult to understand that an experienced MD, with an experienced board of directors would allow the sp and the profitability of the company to fall so badly in such a short period of time, if not by design!
I have alluded before that the business is being positioned to be taken over, ie. sold!
There are many large agencies that would view Clarius with enviable eyes with its many large corporate contracts, its many offices throughout Aus, NZ and Asia, its experienced staff, and the size of its cash flow. I propose that it would be a large international organization that may not have a big footprint in Aus, rather than a big Aus company. A new player from Asia, or Europe!
The question of who is impossible to answer now? Although one could speculate how much would they pay?
