The reason for holding out dj, is that if PDN doesn't get the 80% those still holding SMM won't pay any CGT this year, while those that have accepted the offer will pay CGT.
Makes perfect sense to hold until sure that the 80% is reached. Besides, do you really beieve that HC holders are what is keeping it below 80% ?
