1. The PDN valued SMM originally as 1 PDN for every 2.03 SMM. Clearly the $ value was alway dependent on the value of PDN on that day.

2. You are making the mistake as in 1.

3. Both companies have not come off 20% of their values prior to the offer. You seem to have a problem with actual factual numbers.

4. Depends how they look at it. eg if they were thinking that the PDN offer was a windfall bluesky bonus spike that they could have taken advantage of but maybe didn't, but what the heck am still 25% in front from pre-offer, then Yes, they would be happy.

5.I don't believe there will be a "superior offer" I think it hinges on doing a deal with Areva and as such us small holders have no bearing on the outcome. BUT until it is clear that a deal is done, why put yourself in for CGT ? That's my (& many others I'd say) position.

6. Whatever the market dictates then that is what it will be. In the meantime everyone is free to sell or buy more as their individual view of the future dictates.
